Venice Studio Milan takes place in the lively design district of Tortona with a focus on designing and building 1:1 scale installations for Milan Design Week and permanent placement in the city.
This special double-program is divided into a Design workshop (16–27 June, 2025) and a Build workshop (early 2026). Young architecture and design practices, already with global reputations, work closely with students and young architects on these projects.

Milan Design Week
Be part of Milan Design Week 2026. The 1:1 scale installations designed and built during Venice Studio Milan will be exhibited at Design Week and each student will be listed on the design team.
Venue
Our program headquarters and studio spaces are basically neighbours to the Armani Silos and David Chipperfield Architects’ MUDEC in the Tortona district of Milan. The program is hosted by Base, a renovated industrial building within a large cultural and artistic compound.
